Happy Pie Day! Pumpkin Pie is part 4 and the finale of my celebration! This is the before and after. To make mini-pies, I used a halved recipe for pumpkin pie and a prebaked crust of 6. I cooked it for about 20 minutes and it was done. By far the easiest and most delicious pie of the bunch. VIVA LA PUMPKIN!

Happy Pi Day! For Part 3 of my celebration, I attempted mini-Cherry pie. The before pics are great! The filling is lovely and still tasted great. But BAKING MISTAKE: the recipe I used gave me the wrong baking time. BURNED the crust. Sadness. Well, better luck next time!

Happy Pi Day! Blueberry Pie is part 2 of my celebration. I used a recipe that called for mixing blueberries with lemon juice in one bowl and the other bowl contained sugar, cinnamon, instant tapioca pudding, etc. When you mix the two together, you think: How is this sugar thing going to become tastily soft? Well, blueberries explode and sugar melts. Super sweet and delicious. Nom Nom Nom

Happy Pi Day! First mini-pie: Strawberry! Made by heating a sugar-jello mix on the stove, pouring mixture over strawberries and refrigeratoring for 2 hours in pre-baked crust. Healthy and sweet-tastic!

Cherry Almond Chews!

The fastest cookies I’ve ever made. I gave them away like hotcakes. It was a pre-Thanksgiving bake. They require almond extract, sliced almonds, cherries, and flaked coconut.

Lemon Poppy Seed Scones

Easiest recipe to make. Delicious scones. Only takes 12 minutes in the oven. Kneading is surprisingly really simple. To be served with Lemon Curd. It came with a recipe but I already have my own bottle. The scones are best served hot but keep fresh easily.
